We value your privacy and guarantee your personal information will not be made available to third parties that are not directly affiliated with Polka Stripe, LLC.

Shipping Policy: Shipping Timelines Each and every one of the orders we ship is carefully and beautifully packaged. Most in-stock items ship the same or next business day however, most of our products usually take between 7-10 business days or less to ship. Some custom products may take approximately 2-3 weeks to ship depending on the individual item. Some items ship directly from the manufacturer. Please allow the extra time for some items due to custom, unique features and intricate details. If you have any questions as to when an item might be available to ship, please do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail or telephone prior to placing your order. We try to ship complete orders however, all or some products ordered may be shipped separately and at varying times depending on our available stock and/or each individual manufacturers inventory at the time of order.

Please contact us for assistance in placing an order to ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally, as different shipping rates will apply and/or a separate invoice will be sent to the e-mail address given at checkout for additional shipping charges that apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally. Additional shipping rates are invoiced separately for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Internationally. We reserve the right to limit or revoke this offer at any time. California Sales Tax: 8.25% sales tax applies to orders shipping to California.

Return Policy: Because most of our products are custom made, no refund will be given for any item after it has been shipped unless it is defective upon arrival.  No warranties or refunds are given.
